Booking Terms

1. Booking will be confirmed with at least 50% on total amount offered (Round Figure) in case of complete package and min 30% in case of other services like cab services, adventure activities etc.

2. Booking confirmation is subject to advance payment in our bank accounts only after actualization of payment reflection in same.

3. Altering a Booking might attract additional charges; it should be informed at east 30 days before start of service.

4. Bookings will be entertained only when the guest informs us formally by email, on what platform he has done payment, including transaction ID’s specified for particular bookings along with his / her booking period mentioned or communicated through our helpdesk by email.

5. Season Packages acts as a facilitator and provides an online platform for booking to the guests / users to select and book particular set of services like hotels, cabs, adventure activities or packages etc. In any event of dissatisfaction, misunderstanding or dispute of guests with third party service providers in terms of human behavior, or misunderstanding beyond our control will not be direct liability of Season Packages

6. Please negotiate everything before confirming any booking regarding all services offered by Season Packages with regard to tourism activities / hospitality or pre arranged events. Fixing a service with defined set of inclusions and facilities may not be altered later after fixing all arrangements.

7. Though we are flexible to help in every possible manner but sometimes, there may be multitude of factors beyond our capacity to manipulate and negotiate every time.

8. The booking confirmation voucher which Season Packages issues to guests is solely based on the information provided by guests in terms of their ID’s, names, profession, town / city which they belong and same will be expected by by the hotels regarding the purpose of formality related to security, safety and legal record issues.

9. The guest might be expected to furnish legally correct & binding information that might be required wherever there are concerns of national security, and crime prevention.

10.The booking amounts paid by the guests will only be entertained for stay, or packages for meal plans offered for that particular booking and hotel / accommodation in connection. Our bookings may not include additional services like room decoration, laundry, SPA, internet, telephone, extra food, drinks, beverages etc. shall be paid by the guests directly to the hotel or service providers in accordance.

11.All booking / cancellation disputes will be subject to Distt Kullu, Himachal Pradesh Jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy:

1. All cancellations are to be communicated properly by guest on email to our official email ID’s. Verbal phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS notifications ill not be valid and entertained.

2. Season Packages, reserves total rights to cancel any booking in advent of unwanted or unpredictable situations like road blockage, strikes etc, epidemic, natural calamity, road blocks or any unexpected event related to health, and well being of staff / representative dealing the particular booking issue.

3. Any booking cancellation will be a minimum sum of INR 2000.00 irrespective of dates or days remaining.

4. If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of any reason he /she will be bound to inform at least 30 days before start of tour to avoid cancellation penalty.

5. Informing cancelation 30 days prior to start of the tour, there will be no cancellation % except Rs. 2000.

6. Less than 30 days to 15 days prior to start of the tour 30% of total tour cost.

7. Less than 14 days to 07 days prior to start of the tour 50% deduction of total tour cost.

8. Less than 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost and no refunds

9. No Show, no refunds.
